These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at cleopatra-aussie.com ("Cleopatra", the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and replace all previous versions.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator: Dama N.V., a company registered in Curaçao with registration number 152125 and registered address at Julianaplein 36, Willemstad, Curaçao, operating the Website cleopatra-aussie.com. Where relevant, references to the Operator include its related payment agents and affiliates, including Strukin Ltd of Cyprus where it processes payments.
- Website: The online gambling platform and related services accessible via cleopatra-aussie.com and any subdomains or mobile variants, branded as "Cleopatra" and referred to in this document as "Cleopatra".
- User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, or in any other way uses the services offered by the Operator.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements

- Legal capacity: By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Under the Australian Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), provision of interactive gambling services to persons physically present in Australia is generally prohibited. Account Creation Process

User Obligations

- Single account: Each User may only hold one Account on the Website. Creation of multiple Accounts (duplicate or "multi-accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and confiscation of funds and Bonuses.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Availability of games: The Website offers casino games provided by various suppliers. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and may be restricted for technical, legal or commercial reasons. The Operator may add, modify or remove games at its discretion.

- Prohibited conduct: You must not:
- Use software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to play;
- Exploit bugs, loopholes or malfunctions in games or the Website;
- Engage in collusion, advantage play that abuses Bonuses, or any form of fraudulent activity.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: Where chat or live interaction features are available, you must communicate respectfully with dealers, other players and staff. Prohibited content includes:
- Insults, harassment, threats or defamation;
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, hateful or discriminatory language;
- Obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise inappropriate material.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions

- Activation: Bonuses may require:
- A qualifying deposit using specified methods;
- Entry of a bonus code; and/or

Limitation of Maximum Compensation

Procedure and Consequences
